I often make fresh pasta at home becos I love the process and the silky texture of the finished product, but sometimes there isn’t the time to start from scratch and on those occasions I reach for one these pastas, becos they are our favourite dried pastas. Made in Italy by another family company that Sabato have sourced, they are a really satisfying pasta hit for someone who is reasonably convinced she was Italian in an earlier life.!
