Having read Mort Rosenblums fascinating book on the history of Olives, it has convinced me all the more, of the importance of using NZ product. Ellsgrove is one of our favourite oils, grown by Ricks Aunt and Uncle in the Hawkes Bay. Green, luscious and fresh, and what we serve with our bread in the restaurant.
