Jennifer and Garth Boggiss and Jennifers father are involved in a joint venture with a Tongan village to grow their vanilla pods, which they bring into the country dried and sell in a number of ways. The quality of the vanilla is truly sublime – large plump beans loaded with flavour.
A grade; packaged beautifully in glass files, 3 pods per file and approx 15gm $13.50
B Grade: smaller pods but with the same level of vanillin as the A grade. $1.50 per pod
