Indonesian soy sauce – sweet and thick, and totally different to any of the other Asian soy. This is my Lea and Perrin Worchester sauce equivalent – the shot of unami flavour, that I put in virtually everything. But it goes especially well with seasame oil. That is a combination that I covet on a daily basis, especially in hot steaming mug of chicken stock.
