Rick did his cooking apprenticeship under Des Brittan at the Coachman Restaurant in Wellington in the early 1980s, and licorice ice cream came from there. It has been on our menu for twenty years -we serve it very simply with fresh orange juice and dried orange slices that have been dipped in dark chocolate. We sell kilos and kilos of the stuff every week.
Regretfully this product cannot be couriered outside of Tauranga at this stage.
