Somerset Wine. As a restaurant we are not allowed under the licensing laws to operate an offlicense simultaneously with our on license. So we have set up a separate company, Somerset Wines, that we operate as a separate entity, and which allows us to share with our customers some of the wine discoveries that we have made over the years.
However, that separation means that people aren’t able to treat us as a wine shop, and pop in on their way to a dinner party to grab a bottle of wine. We’re simply not allowed to sell alcohol like that.
You need to order – here on the website, or via forms that we give out at Wine makers Dinners, or through the cookschools, and we are happy to either deliver directly to you, or you can state a time that suits you to pick up from us.
If you wish to purchase any of the alcohol products listed on the website shop, we will be acting under the assumption (if we don’t know you personally), that you guarantee that you are over 18 years of age.
