Trinity Hill our association with John Hancock, the CEO of Trinity Hill is as old as Somerset Cottage itself.
When we opened he was at Morton Estate, and his constant support for what we were trying to achieve, and his enthusiasm and joie de vivre ( and some ridiculously late nites) are the sort of things you never forget.
Combined with which he is one of New Zealands top winemakers, and our wine list always features a significant number of Trinity Hill wines.
They say that because they have never focused on growing for volume, they have been able to concentrate on making exceptional wines, and we agree wholeheartedly.
