We use the hind shank, becos its larger and meatier. Completely cooked and only needs to be reheated.
Approx Weight per shank: 280gm, bone in.
Ingredients: Lamb hind shanks
(Vacuum Pack - Pack of 2 shanks)
Recommended Cooking Method:
- Preheat oven to 200oc. Place shanks in oven proof pan and pour over the Somerset Shank Sauce, then cover with foil if pan doesn't have a lid. Roast in a hot oven for 15/20mins, or until shanks feel soft to touch. Place cooked shank of mound of mashed potato, and pour remaining sauce over the top.
