Currently not on the restaurant menu, and much missed by many. Comes frozen, and ready to be reheated till just molten in the middle. We serve it with Burnt Orange sauce, but also good with raspberry coulis. Frozen.
Approx weight: 100gm ea.
Ingredients: 72%dark chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs, flour, Heilala vanilla beans.

Recommended Cooking Method:
- Preheat oven to 200oC. Remove pudding s from paper cups, and place on oven tray thats been lined with baking paper. Cook for 10 mins max, to preserve runny centre.
Serve with Somerset Burnt Orange Sauce.
