Made from our own lamb stock, red wine and other aromatics, like rosemary and pepper.
Volume: 300ml (enough for 2 portions)
Ingredients: Lamb stock (lamb bones and vegetable aromatics), red wine, rosemary, garlic
Recommended Cooking Method:
- either reheat with shanks in the oven as per the instructions for the shanks, or bring to the boil in a saucepan and pour over the top of the heated shanks or any other meat.
