Food sustains us. We need to eat to survive, and increasingly as I've got older, I've reconsidered my priorities around the food we choose to cook at home most days. I'm motivated much more around nutrition these days, and as a result we eat a much greater variety of vegetables in our daily diet. Wellness matters, and making healthy choices most days, justifies the occasional pastry from Love Rosie, or Creme Caramel from Somerset!!
